Cabernet Sauvignon Wine
This Crock Pot Chuck Roast recipe is a nice hearty dish with strong beef flavors. I gravitate towards a good heavy red when it comes to hearty beef dishes. I would not look to spend a lot of money on a wine for a roast, but I think you could find a good economical Cabernet Sauvignon to accompany this dish.
