Sauvignon Blanc Wine
This Smoky and Spicy Chicken Marinade recipe produces very flavorful chicken, whether you are using it for kabobs, or just grilled chicken pieces. The flavors of the chicken can be tamed a bit by a good Sauvignon Blanc. In general a Sauvignon Blanc is not oaky, is clean, light and has a herbaceous taste on the palate which would make it a solid choice for this flavorful chicken dish.
