
Grilled Clams Recipe
This Grilled Clams recipe is a very basic easy recipe. It can be easily doctored up with lemon, butter, garlic or one of your favorite own favorite sauces.

Ingredients:
2 pounds littleneck cleaned clams
Lemon
Directions:
1. Heat grill to high.
2. Place clams on a portable grill rack and cover lid, grilling 6-8 minutes. (Clams are done once they have opened)
3. Transfer open clams from grill, try not to spill any liquid as that is where the flavor is.
