Chianti
This Spaghetti Bolognese recipe has a nice hearty meat sauce and while the milk and cheese lighten the taste; a good Chianti is perfect for a hearty pasta dish. The robustness and dry aftertaste do not take away from the Bolognese, it only adds to the meal! Follow the link to our wine review site to find our favorite Chiantis-LetsHaveWine.com
