Pinot Grigio Wine

This grilled swordfish recipe produces great grilled flavor with nice acidity and sweetness. With the citrus and sweet, I would suggest a Pinot Grigio. The wine pairs perfect with this dish as it has nice acidity to balance the flavors of the swordfish. Follow the link to our wine review site to find our favorite Pinot Grigio wines-LetsHaveWine.com
