Grill Dry Rub Recipe
This Chicken Dry Rub recipe is great on all types of meat and poultry. We find this dry rub to really excel with a whole chicken or a beer can chicken as well.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
