
Baked Asparagus Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus (1 pound) ends trimmed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
3. Add asparagus to the baking sheet and toss with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, nutmeg and thyme.
4. Arrange asparagus in a single layer.
5. Evenly top with Parmesan cheese.
6. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until tender but still crisp.
