
Grilled Lobster Recipe
Our Grilled Lobster recipe is a foolproof easy recipe that produces fantastic tasting lobster tails. This recipe is DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
4 lobster tails (8-10 oz), thawed
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to direct medium-heat (350-450F.)
2. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, sugar and cayenne.
3. Cut about halfway through the center of each lobster tail lengthwise.
4. Insert a soaked bamboo skewer, or a metal skewer lengthwise to prevent the lobster tails from curling.
5. Brush the tails with the oil and season with the mixed spices.
6. Grill the lobster meat side down for 6-minutes.
7. Flip the tails and grill for 5-minutes.
