Wine Pairings:

We preface all of our wine pairing suggestions by letting you know that it’s really a matter of personal taste. While we do offer our opinions and why we selected a specific varietal, there is no right or wrong answer when pairing a wine with your dinner.

Chardonnay

This Grilled Opah with Olives recipe combines the rich flavors of the fish with olives and pine nuts. The combination is delicious, but you do need a bold white wine to pair with this dish. I feel that a Chardonnay would pair well with this grilled fish recipe. A Chardonnay can be a bolder wine and it holds up well to the flavors of this dish.
