
Lemon Anchovy Vinaigrette Recipe
Our Lemon Anchovy Vinaigrette recipe is a light, bright vinaigrette that doesn’t contain a lot of fat. We combine lemon, anchovies and olive oil for a light semi-citrus flavor.

Ingredients:
2 lemons
4 anchovy fillets, packed in oil, finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, use a juicer to squeeze the lemons.
2. Mix in the anchovies, olive oil and red pepper flakes.
3. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
