Poultry Dry Rub Recipe
Our Poultry Dry Rub Recipe is great on chicken as well as Cornish Game hens. Simply mix the ingredients, baste your poultry with olive oil and toss on the rub. It’s just that easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the salt, paprika, cardamom, basil, oregano, sage, black pepper, onion powder.
