
Sautéed Mustard Greens Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bunches mustard greens, stemmed and chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chicken stock
Directions:
1. Add oil to large pan over medium heat.
2. Once hot, add garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.
3. Add the mustard greens and season greens with salt and pepper sautéing until wilted.
4. Once wilted add the chicken stock and stir.
5. Raise heat to a simmer, then lower and cook for 5-minutes or more.
