Slow Cooker London Broil Recipe

A London Broil is not necessarily the type of meat, but the way you cook it. It is usually known as flank or top round steak that is marinated overnight and then broiled on a high temperature in the oven. London broils are usually tough cuts of meat. If prepared correctly, they can become a flavorful steak with a nice beefy taste and a tender chew. London broils can be tricky to cook, so we came up with our slow cooker London broil recipe. Ingredients:

1.5 pounds London broil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Butter Sauce
1. Place the London broil in a slow cooker.
2. Add the garlic, basil, oregano, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl combine the cream of mushroom of soup with the water and stir.
4. Add the mushroom soup mixture.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
