Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
5 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper fresh ground
1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and red pepper, and sauté until golden (1-minute).
3. Add salt, pepper, wine and butter.
4. Stir for 2-minutes and remove from heat.
