Instant Pot Garlicky Swiss Chard Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken broth
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2-pounds Swiss chard, stems cut into 2-inch lengths, leaves sliced into 2-inch-wide strips
1 tablespoon lemon juice, plus extra for seasoning
Directions:
1. Using highest sauté function, cook 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant (1-minute).
2. Stir in broth and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
3. Add chard stems and leaves (one handful at a time).
4. Lock lid in place and select high pressure for 5-minutes.
5. Once done, quick release pressure.
6. Stir in lemon juice, remaining 2 tablespoons of oil.
7. Season with salt and pepper and extra lemon juice as needed.
