White Zinfandel Wine
This Crockpot Pork Roast recipe produces very tender pork. This recipe is very versatile and can be paired with quite a few varietals. I personally like this pork dish with a White Zinfandel. I think the slight sweetness of the wine compliment the flavors of the pork. Salty and sweet always make for a good pairing.
