Chardonnay
This Bacon Wrapped Blue Cheese Chicken Breast recipe has strong flavors that emanate from the bacon and blue cheese. The combination is delicious, but you do need a bold white wine to pair with this dish. I feel that a Chardonnay would pair well with this chicken dish. A Chardonnay can be a bolder wine and it holds up well to the strong flavors of this dish. Follow the link to our wine review site to find our favorite Chardonnay wines-LetsHaveWine.com
