Directions:
1. Start by cleaning the cabbage, removing loose leafs.

3. Core your cabbage by removing the stem.
4. Shred or chop cabbage to your liking.
5. Add cabbage to salted boiling water and cook over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes.
6. Remove cabbage from boiling water, salt and pepper to taste.
