Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup
1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
3 cups fresh Dungeness crab
Lemon wedges
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
1. In a non-reactive mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish.
2. To assemble the cocktail, line a small bowl with lettuce.
3. Add the crab onto the bed of lettuce.
4. Add a dollop of the cocktail sauce onto the crab.
5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
