
Easy Fried Rice Recipe
Our Easy Fried Rice recipe is an easy recipe to make. It doesn’t involve a lot of ingredients, and you can quickly whip up this dish as a side or a main course.

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots and corn), thawed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions:
1. Preheat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Once shimmering, add onion and mixed vegetables and sauté.
3. Once vegetables are sweated, slide the vegetables onto one side of the wok and add the egg onto the other side.
4. Scramble the egg mixture, and once it’s done, mix with the vegetables.
5. Add the rice and soy sauce, and heat through.
6. Top with chopped green onions.
