Wine Pairings:

We preface all of our wine pairing suggestions by letting you know that it’s really a matter of personal taste. While we do offer our opinions and why we selected a specific varietal, there is no right or wrong answer when pairing a wine with your dinner.

Sauvignon Blanc

This Gai Pad Krapow recipe has strong spicy sweet flavors. The fish sauce produces saltiness, the peppers bring the heat and the basil enhances the chicken. Given the complexity of flavors, it’s best to find a good dry Sauvignon Blanc. The wine will add a little citrus, is served chilled and the perfect accompaniment to a spicy sweet dish.
