Gambas al Ajillo Recipe

Our Gambas al Ajillo Recipe, also known as Garlic shrimp, makes for a fabulous tapas dish. Our recipe is easy to make and combined with our other tapas, makes for a fun night with friends!

Ingredients:

1-pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
Chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add oil and garlic, and fry garlic until it starts to brown around the edges.
4. Add shrimp in a single layer and fry them on each side (about 1-minute per side.)
5. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes and stir fry them until they are barely cooked through.
6. Top with parsley and serve!
