Garlic Grilled Shrimp Kebabs Recipe

Our Garlic Grilled Shrimp Kebabs recipe is an easy recipe to make that uses a fresh herb and garlic marinade to flavor the shrimp. This is fresh tasting dish that is perfect for a summer dinner.

Ingredients:

1 lb. large shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of Cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. Excluding the shrimp, add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk.
2. Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour 3/4 of the marinade on top of the shrimp.
3. Mix together until the shrimp are well coated.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-hour.
5. Thread shrimp on skewers.
6. Grill for 2-minutes per side, over direct high heat (450-550F.)
7. Remove shrimp and serve with the remaining 1/4 marinade.
