
Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
This Ginger Chicken Noodle Soup recipe is an easy recipe to make in the slow cooker and only requires 3.5 hours of time. It’s the perfect soup for winter, as the ginger gives the soup a nice flavor.

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 medium carrots, shredded
3 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups fresh snow peas, halved
2 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, carrots, sherry, rice vinegar, soy sauce, gingerroot, pepper, chicken broth and water in slow cooker.
2. Cook covered on low for 4 hours.
3. Stir in snow peas and pasta.
4. Cook covered on low for 30-minutes.
