Chardonnay
This Ginger Meatball Soup with Bok Choy recipe produces a light broth. The turkey and Bok Choy add soft flavors to the dish, so a nice oaky Chardonnay would combine well with this dish. I feel that the oak in the wine would add a nice flavor profile to the dish, as it’s not a bold recipe. Follow the link to our wine review site to find our favorite Chardonnay wines-LetsHaveWine.com
