Ingredients:

6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Tajin or you can substitute Chili powder
1/3 cup Grated cotija cheese
Fresh chopped cilantro
Lime wedges, for serving

Directions:

1. Heat grill to 350-450 F.
2. Grill corn on direct medium heat (10-15 minutes), turn often until charred all over.
3. Brush corn with a layer of mayonnaise and sprinkle with Tajin, cotija and cilanto.
4. Serve with lime wedges
