Pinot Grigio Wine

This grilled scallops recipe produces tasty and clean scallops with a little taste of the grill. While you could pair a lot of wines with scallops we would choose a Pinot Grigio. Pinot Grigios tend to have notes of lime, green apple, lemon, white nectarine and tropical fruits which would compliment the fresh scallops.
