
Hawaiian Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain.
2. Add the cider, onion, and carrots to a large non-reactive bowl.
3. Add the pasta to the bowl.
4. In a separate bowl whisk the mayonnaise, sugar and milk.
5. Add mayonnaise mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cover the bowl and add it to the refrigerator.
8. Allow it to chill overnight.
9. Stir before serving.
