
Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe
Our Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe is an easy 30-minute recipe. The butternut squash has similarities to sweet potatoes when roasted in the oven. It pairs well with lamb, beef, chicken or pork.

Ingredients:
1 large butternut squash, peeled and seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl drizzle squash with olive oil and salt and toss well.
3. Lay out on a sheet pan in one layer and roast for 25-30 minutes (turning once.)
