Sausage, Kale and Bean Rigatoni Recipe
Our Sausage, Kale and Bean Rigatoni Recipe does not use a red sauce. The beans break down to form a nice coating on the pasta, while the kale and Italian sausage shine in this dish. This is an easy recipe to make and delivers big flavor!

Beaujolais Nouveau Wine
This Sausage, Kale and Bean Rigatoni recipe is an easy and quick dish to make that has the spice of the sausage that combines with the creamy pasta. With this dish, I prefer a light red wine. A Beaujolais Nouveau is a young fresh red wine that is meant to be enjoyed young. Since it’s not complex, offers light fruit flavors and is a little dry, which melds well with the spice of the sausage!
