Pinot Grigio Wine
This bacon and spinach quiche recipe is a delicious recipe that combines the saltiness of bacon with the egg custard. I would pair this dish with a Pinot Grigio. The dry citrus notes of the wine pair well with this dish. A Pinot Grigio is also a medium to full-bodied wine, with a rather low acidity and fairly neutral aromas.
