
High Protein Breakfast Quiche Recipe
Our High Protein Breakfast Quiche Recipe is an easy breakfast recipe that isn’t fattening and provides a protein punch to start the day. The recipe does not use any butter or cream and is also a quite filling start to the day!

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 flour tortilla
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup chopped or diced meat (turkey, ham, chicken, sausage, etc.)
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 275F.
2. Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Line the bottom of the pan with the flour tortilla.
4. In a large bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese and whisk together.
5. Once combined, add the meat with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the tortilla.
7. Top egg mixture with cheese.
8. Cook 50-minutes, until the eggs are firm.
9. Let the cooked breakfast quiche rest for 5-10 minutes.
