
Hawaiian Coleslaw Recipe
Our Hawaiian Coleslaw recipe is a colorful side dish that uses green and red cabbage which are paired with the sweet flavors of fresh pineapple. This is a great summertime side!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups shredded green cabbage, packed
1 cup shredded red cabbage, packed
1/2 cup grated carrots, packed
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1.5 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely grated
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Salt, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple, green onions, cilantro.
2. In a small bowl whisk together ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and lime juice.
3. Drizzle sauce over cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
4. Top with sesame seeds and season to taste with salt.
