
Sautéed Garlic Swiss Chard Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 large bunch Swiss Chard, ribs removed and chopped, leaves roughly chopped
Kosher salt
Splash of red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. In a large sauté pan add oil and garlic.
2. Cook over medium heat until garlic turns golden.
3. Remove the garlic and discard.
4. Add the chopped Swiss chard ribs and sauté until soft (4-minutes).
5. Add the Swiss chard leaves and season with salt to taste.
6. Cook until the leaves are wilted.
7. Stir in a splash of red wine vinegar.
