Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken (about 20 wings and drumettes)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Cooking Spray
12 ounces Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
Few dashes Tabasco

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Spray a wire rack with cooking spray and set on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, combine the baking powder and salt and mix well.
4. Add chicken and toss to coat in the baking powder and salt mixture.
5. Arrange chicken flat on wire rack.
6. Bake for 20-minutes, flip and cook for an additional 15-minutes (until the skin is crispy and golden.)
7. While the wings are cooking, combine the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, melted butter and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
8. When wings are done, dump them in the large bowl and toss to coat.
9. Serve wings immediately with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing; and carrots and celery sticks.
