Sparkling Rosé
This Grilled Asian Salmon recipe has a nice salty zing with the flavors of the Dijon and soy sauce. I feel that a chilled sweeter wine pairs perfectly with this dish and I would suggest a Sparkling Rosé. The Sparkling Rosé is not overly sweet and the bubbles add a nice complexion to this dish.
