
Kai Jeow Recipe
Kai Jeow is a Thai omelet that is served over rice. Our Kai Jeow recipe is an easy quick recipe that combines egg with green onions and fish sauce. This dish is versatile enough to serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
1 green onion
1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
Directions:
1. Remove the root of the green onion and finely chop.
2. Heat oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. In a small bowl crack egg, green onions, fish sauce and whip with fork.
4. Once oil is shimmering, pour egg mixture into pan and fry for 1-minute.
5. Flip omelet and cook for another minute (you want both sides to be golden in color.)
6. Serve over steamed Jasmine rice.
