Restaurant Style Salsa Recipe
Our Restaurant Style Salsa recipe tastes better than most restaurant’s salsas. This recipe is very easy to make and will become one of your go-to salsas!

Ingredients:
3 Roma tomatoes, stem removed and rough chopped
2 Jalapenos, stem removed (keep the seeds for a spicier salsa)
3 Arbol chiles (optional for spicier salsas)
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 medium white onion, rough diced
1/2 cup water + an additional cup of water
1.5 teaspoons avocado oil
1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
Toppings:
1/4 cup cilantro, fine chopped
1/4 cup medium white onion, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend together tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic cloves, 1/4 medium white onion, 1/2 cup water and arbol chiles (if using).
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Place a pot over medium heat and heat avocado oil.
4. Once oil is shimmering, pour in the salsa.
5. Add the additional 1/2 cup water to the blender or food processor to loosen up the rest of the salsa and add to the pot.
6. Stir to combine.
7. Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium-low for 15-minutes.
8. Stir in salt and set aside to cool.
9. Add toppings before serving.
