Full Moon Salsa Recipe
Our Full Moon Salsa recipe is an easy recipe to make for parties, or it can accompany a protein for a tasty dish. The salsa will need to be made ahead of time to allow the flavors of the salsa to marinate.
1 15oz. can black beans, drained
1 15oz. can corn, drained
1 large vine-ripened tomato, diced
1/2 large sweet onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
