Spicy Charred Tomatillo Salsa Recipe
Our Spicy Charred Tomatillo Salsa Recipe is a very easy recipe to make and it provides solid spice from the serrano chilies. This tomatillo recipe goes great with poultry, fish, eggs, etc. (Makes around 1.5 cups.)

Ingredients:
10 tomatillos, husked
2 serrano chilies
1 large garlic clove
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet and roast the tomatillos for around 15-minutes. (The skins should be charred on all sides.)
2. Add serrano chilies and roast for around 5-minutes, until they are charred on all sides. (Use a spatula to press them.)
3. In a blender or food processor, add the tomatillos (skin and seeds), serrano chilies (remove the stem), garlic and salt and blend.
