Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Our Pineapple Salsa recipe is very easy to make and it goes great with chicken, fish or pork. We recommend letting it chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving, as the flavors will really pop with the extra wait time!

Ingredients:
2 cups small-diced pineapple
1/2 cup small-diced white onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced jalapeno (seeds removed)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 small Fresno Chile, seeded and minced
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and chile and mix well.
2. Allow to sit for 20-30 minutes before serving so that all the flavors meld together.
