Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice Recipe

Red beans and rice is a dish that is synonymous with Louisiana Creole Cuisine. On Sunday’s ham was typically served, so the leftovers and pork bones were slow cooked on Monday ‘washdays’ by the women and served over rice for dinner.
