Mexican Pickled Onion Recipe
Mexican pickled onions, also called cebollas curtidas, are a common condiment in Mexican cuisine. They add a bright, acidic flavor and a bit of crunch to any dish and can be used as a garnish on a variety of dishes, including tacos, burritos, tortas, and salads. Try our Mexican pickled onion recipe and it will soon be one of your favorite condiments. (Pro-tip- we have been using this on our salads, if you use a spoon of the brine you don’t even need dressing. It’s delish!)
