Moroccan Spiced Chermoula Recipe

Chermoula is a marinade and relish that is used in Algerian, Libyan, Moroccan and Tunisian cooking. Chermoulas typically include garlic, cumin, coriander, oil, lemon juice and salt. Our Moroccan Spiced Chermoula Recipe combines cilantro, mint, olive oil, lemon, cumin, paprika and garlic; and goes great on poultry, seafood and meats.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, rough chopped and packed
1/3 cup fresh mint, rough chopped and packed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
