Slow Cooker Creamy Polenta Recipe
Our Slow Cooker Creamy Polenta Recipe is the perfect accompaniment for meat dishes. The polenta is flavored with Parmesan cheese and is truly delicious!

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 1/3 cup half-and-half
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup polenta
Kosher salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and preheat on high.
2. In a medium saucepan, add 1-cup half-and-half, milk, 1 tablespoon butter and polenta.
3. Season with salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Whisk constantly to keep the mixture lump-free.
5. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour mixture into the slow cooker and cook on high for 2-hours (stirring 1-2 times per hour.)
7. Once you are ready to serve, open the slow cooker and whisk in 1 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup half-and-half, parmesan, salt and pepper.
